We strive to deliver products purchased from Real Genuine Documents in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with Real Genuine Documents, shipping will be $100 USD. A shipping charge will be applicable to all orders under USD $2,200 USD.

•     If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
•     If you return an order delivered to you, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery Information, time frames, and guaranteed delivery:

The express delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Express Delivery Service,  will take 3-5 days depending on your region.

We also offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date (if applicable).
